ALL ABOUT BIRTHDAY SESSIONS WITH DNP 🥳🎉🎂

As a photographer, capturing birthday photoshoots is more than just clicking a button - it's about freezing moments in time that will be cherished forever. Documenting these special occasions allow me to tell a story through my lens, capturing the joy, laughter, and love shared during these memorable celebrations. Each click of the shutter is an opportunity to create lasting memories that will be treasured for years to come. Below you will find more information about birthday shoots with DNP.

SIMPLE BIRTHDAY SESSION

Simple birthday sessions are just that, simple. We'll capture you/your child in front of a backdrop, using only crowns, sitting props, and balloons. See the examples below of simple birthday sessions.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. You must provide any balloons that float and/or number balloons.

2. Only crowns, sitting props, and floor balloons up to 3 colors are provided.

3. Throne chairs are not available at my studio. You must rent one from a 3rd party business.

4. You're welcome to bring your own decor/props; however, if you choose to do so, remember, you will not be allowed in the studio early to setup. The time you spend setting up will cut into your shooting time. If you feel as if you need more time to set up, please add-on more time when booking your session.

Examples of Simple Birthday Sessions

Standard Birthday Session

This type of session is what you usually see when you search the term BIRTHDAY PHOTOSHOOT on Pinterest and Google. This session comes with a backdrop, floor balloons, fringe curtains, gift bags and boxes, confetti shred. You'll let me know your color scheme and we'll customize the session to it. To select this kind of session be sure to add-on the STANDARD BIRTHDAY SETUP when booking.

Examples of Standard Birthday Setup

CUSTOM BIRTHDAY SETUP

The Custom Setup must be added on when you are wanting a setup that DNP does not have available at the studio. Custom setups also include themes/character setups (ex: winter wonderland theme, dinosaur theme, race car theme, princess theme, donut theme, flower theme, etc.) With custom setups, all props and decor will be provided by DNP and will be set up prior to your arrival. To select this kind of session be sure to add-on the CUSTOM SETUP when booking.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. The Custom Setup add-on is a starting price. If the price of the decor/props exceed the amount listed, I will contact you.

2. The Custom Setup fee will need to be paid for upon booking so props may be purchased for session. Please reach out to photographer to discuss payment methods.

3. You're still welcome to bring your own decor/props; however, if you choose to do so, remember, you will not be allowed in the studio early to setup. The time you spend setting up will cut into your shooting time.

CREATIVE EDITS

Creative Edits must be added on when you are wanting DNP to make your wildest fantasy come true! Want to be in the jungle with a lion? Want to be carried by balloons? If yes, be sure to select the CREATIVE EDIT add-on when booking!

PLEASE NOTE:

1. This option CAN NOT be added on after you book.

2. The Creative Edit add-on is for ONE edit only! For multiple edits, I'll send you a separate invoice or add the total amount to your remaining balance.

3. All photos that will be used in the final edit(s) must be chosen when selecting your favorite images.

THINGS TO REMEMBER:

1. DNP focuses on quality over quantity. If you're wanting a photographer to provide everything for little to nothing, I am not the right photographer for you and that's okay. There's a photographer for every budget. A photographer should only be responsible to the photography, not set designing.

2. Creativity requires a budget. Please make sure your expectations matches your budget.

3. Birthday sessions are what YOU make it. The final results depend on how much you are willing to put into it and your cooperation.

4. Due to limited storage space, DNP only provides highly requested decor and props.
